Hank Bard Hitting Coach in ColoradoHank Bard recently came off of his last college baseball season at SEC top ranked Texas A&M University Baseball Team where they finished 2nd in the 2024 Men’s College World Series.
Before spending two seasons as a catcher with the Aggies in the SEC, Hank attended McLennan Community College and played in the JUCO World Series in both 2021 and 2022, winning the JUCO National Championship in 2021. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University and also an Associate’s Degree from McLennan Community College. Bard is a part of Colorado’s own Backstop Bandits and works with catchers across all levels, along with hitting instruction. He is the son of long-time professional hitting voice and college head coach, Mike Bard. His Uncle, Josh Bard, was a Big League Catcher for 10 years and is now the Bullpen Coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
